A WatchCare Advocate will:

  • Visit the facility on your behalf

  • Observe your loved one’s general comfort, mood, and presentation

  • Assess the immediate environment for safety and accessibility

  • Confirm basic needs appear to be met at the time of the visit

  • Document observations in a clear, time-stamped report

Detailed Visit

60 Minute In-Person Care Advocacy Visit
                                                                                          A Detailed Check provides a more thorough, concierge-level review of your loved one’s care experience.

A WatchCare Advocate will:

Spend extended time with your loved one

Observe comfort, hygiene presentation, and responsiveness

Assess the room and environment for safety and accessibility

Communicate respectfully with on-duty staff when appropriate.

Document observations, staff communication, and noted concerns/

Provide photo documentation when permitted by the facility and family authorization.

Escalate concerns promptly if needed.
